Loved my good stay for a short business trip. I got complimentary king room as an upgrade, nice gesture. I had a nice bed, and a private safe, an air conditioning, and a minibar.

This place offers a triple room with central heating, a work desk, and a TV, the bathrooms are reasonably clean, the beds are comfortable.

Room well maintained and newly furbished.

No AC remote, dust under bed, room and bath very small, stay overpriced.

Place was absolutely fantastic and wonderful, loved the stay.

We didn't have time, so stayed here only for 5 nights, however everything was great. The queen room was fairly quiet where the window opened to the alley, so that guests had essentials.

Really clean, 24 hour reception, quiet and a great location near the station. Worth the visit just to see the teeny elevator. Awsome value for money.

The bathroom was miniscule, literally knees touching the wall when you're on the toilet. But it was very clean and we were only there one night so it wasn't really a problem.

The cleanliness of the hotel and its location. The room are a bit small, but just for sleeping it is good.

It might be a little bit noisy as the wall are thin.

Busy location so slight noise.

My room is on the 4th floor, there is noise comes from the lower restaurant until midnight. The reception does not make guest feel comfortable.

The staff was very amiable and check-in was easy. the triple room we were allocated was functional. the location was perfect and nice, close to the train station. There was a really nice restaurant, a market, and shops next door.

The staff is very friendly, The hotel is located close to the Termini train station and walking distance to all attractions (except to Vatican for which a crowded metro can be taken from Termini). Excellent hotel for a city trip.

The water was not always warm in the morning when probably a lot of guests took a shower at the same time.

The location so near the train station was good. Very accessible. The room for one person was small, but totally adequate. Your'e only there to sleep after all. And the bathroom was nicer than some I've had in much larger hotels. And there was a very good restaurant right outside the front door.

I was delighted that the double room I booked had air conditioning and a fridge, and the check-in process was smooth with friendly staff, the property's location was fantastic, near the city center.
